If you cancel at least 24 hours before your activity’s scheduled start time, you are eligible for a refund calculated according to our Refunds section. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable, except as provided in our weather or illness policies.

Weather-related refunds apply only when the Harbor Master officially closes the port and your diving trip cannot operate. We will first try to reschedule your dives. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund calculated according to our Refunds section.

If your Cozumel diving trip cannot operate because the Harbor Master officially closes the port, we will issue a refund calculated according to our Refunds section. Ferry tickets purchased separately are not covered by this refund.

A written statement from a doctor confirming the illness is required. We will first try to reschedule your activity. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected diver only, calculated according to the booking-fee and applicable deduction provisions in our Refunds section.

When a refund is available under our cancellation, weather or illness policy, we will refund the tour price paid, subject to any applicable deductions described below.
Any FareHarbor booking fee shown at checkout is handled separately under FareHarbor’s refund terms. Booking fees are generally non-refundable unless FareHarbor refunds them or applicable law requires otherwise.
Prepaid entrance, marine park or boat costs may be deducted only where permitted by law and expressly disclosed as non-refundable in the conditions accepted before booking. Any deduction will be limited to documented costs actually paid for your reservation that cannot be recovered. We will provide an itemized breakdown.
Card payments will normally be refunded through FareHarbor to the original payment method. Any alternative refund method must be agreed with you and permitted by the payment provider. Cash payments may be refunded in cash or, if you have already left Playa del Carmen, by an agreed bank transfer or Revolut payment.
We will confirm the refund amount and estimated processing time. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

The divemaster, instructor or manager may end a participant’s activity if they endanger themselves or others, engage in unlawful conduct, or refuse to follow staff instructions. This decision is final, and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.

If you choose to end an activity early, no partial refund will be issued. If the instructor ends the activity for reasons other than the safety and conduct violations described above, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion of the service.

Please arrive at the agreed meeting time. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows and may therefore be non-refundable.
