Takbi Ha and Tak Belum
Two cenotes located on the Ejido Jacinto Pat land, past the Dos Ojos system. They are usually considered advanced cenotes because they are relatively enclosed, yet amazing, beautiful, and shallow at the same time.
Takbi Ha
Takbi Ha has an amazing dry cavern that is great for photography and very scenic. The dive itself is quite impressive, with amazing rooms and views of the formations, as well as some tight spaces that challenge your buoyancy and kicking technique.
Tak Belum
After driving a couple of hundred meters farther into the same area, you will find Tak Belum, where you can see surreal and unique formations that resemble marshmallows piled on top of each other, forming unusual cones and stalactites that reveal how the formations developed over a long period of time. Visit the "Mayan Xcalibur" dry stalagmite in the dry cavern before the dive, and pass through the famous "Xibalbá Door" during the dive.
Maximum depth on both dives: 20 feet / 6 meters.
